The business, which represents several automotive brands has expanded steadily, establishing itself as one of the leading automotive players in the south-west of England. The Platinum Group ethos is to employ specialists in the fields of car purchasing, information technology, finance, personnel and aftersales ensuring that the process of continuous improvement is sustained. The policy ensures high quality and an efficient service by providing customers with the support of its highly skilled and committed staff. Nick Laird, managing director at SsangYong Motors UK, said; 'SsangYong Platinum is an outstanding dealer, and we are delighted that they have joined the SsangYong family. In 2019, the Platinum Group underwent a relocation project for some of its brands, making way for SsangYong Motors UK at its site in Frome.
