Fisker Ocean all-electric SUV makes its European debut at Mobile World Congress

•Fisker hosts the European debut of its all-electric Fisker Ocean SÚV at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. 
•For the ÚS and selected European and Scandinavian countries, deliveries of the Fisker Ocean will start shortly after production begins in November 2022.  
•Fisker recently opened a European office in Munich and is building a brand experience centre in Germany, with other European countries to follow. 
Fisker Inc. (NYSE: FSR) ('Fisker') – passionate creator of the world's most sustainable electric vehicles and advanced mobility solutions – debuted its Fisker Ocean all-electric SÚV to the European market at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The five-passenger Fisker Ocean Sport features a range of 275 miles (WLTP estimate) with a starting price of £34,990 in the ÚK (incl. VAT, excluding subsidies). The top trim Fisker Ocean Extreme travels 390 miles (WLTP estimate) on a single charge with dual-motor AWD, three driving modes and a host of first-to-market safety features.

'Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is the ideal place to showcase the Fisker Ocean, as our vehicle is full of advanced technology, including over-the-air offerings that we will take to a new level,' CEO Henrik Fisker §äid. 'With the Fisker Ocean's combination of performance, value and sustainability, I believe we have a unique electric vehicle with industry-first features, such as California Mode, a 17.1-inch rotating screen and the longest range in our segment'.

'Europe is critical to the company's success as we work towards building the most sustainable vehicle and starting production in November,' he added.

As evidence of progress toward that goal, 47 prototypes of the Fisker Ocean are under construction, and Fisker himself reviewed their development the week before Mobile World Congress.

Fisker is developing a comprehensive and well-integrated European strategy. In 2021, the Manhattan Beach, California-based start-up established an office in Munich and is rapidly adding staff to serve a fast-growing electric vehicle market.

The company is constructing its first European-based brand experience centre in Munich, with plans for additional centres in other European countries. The company's industry-leading basic warranty of six years, 100,000 kilometres; powertrain warranty of 10 years, 160,000 kilometres; and battery warranty of 10 years, 160,000 kilometres (whichever comes first in all cases) will be supported by service centres throughout the region. For service, the company is offering at-home vehicle pick-up, or Fisker Mobile Service, for customers who prefer that skilled technicians come to them. (The Fisker Ocean warranty also includes corrosion coverage and roadside assistance.)

Finally, in 2021, Fisker created its Fisker Magic Works and chose England as the division's headquarters. This branch of the Fisker organisation will develop special editions of the company's vehicles alongside new, high-performance projects combining sustainability with Henrik Fisker's commitment to beautiful, emotional design.

Additionally, Fisker Ocean reservation holders will soon have access to an exclusive video that illustrates the vehicle's unique new 'California Mode' open-air feature – via the Fisker Flexee mobile app on the App Store and Google Play store.

Drivers of the world's most sustainable vehicle will enjoy a truly hassle-free, practical experience when using Electrify America's extensive charging network across North America through Fisker's proprietary mobile app.
•Fisker Ocean vehicles will be automatically recognized by Electrify America's charging stations – allowing for simple charging, automatic release and automatic payments. Fisker will offer a free miles package with each vehicle, allowing for a certain amount of complimentary charging. Additional details on charging packages will be shared later in 2020.
•Electrify America expects to install, or have under development, approximately 800 total charging station sites with about 3,500 chargers by December 2021. During this period, the company will be expanding to 29 metros and 45 states, including two cross-country routes, delivering on its commitment to support increased Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) adoption with a network that is comprehensive, technologically advanced and customer friendly.

•The vehicle is equipped with a state-of-the-art battery – with 80 kWh capacity and a range of up to 300 miles (depending on driving conditions).
•More than 200 miles of range can be delivered from 30 minutes of charging for the Fisker Ocean (15% capacity to 80% capacity). Electrify America's 350 kW chargers can charge capable vehicles up to 20 miles per minute.

'California Mode.' A Únique, Proprietary Experience Revealed Via the Fisker Flexee App.
•The patent pending 'California Mode' feature will be standard on all trim levels, except the base version – allowing passengers to experience the sun, fresh air and an open feeling without being in a convertible.
•Reservation holders will be given an exclusive first look at California Mode. A video will soon be revealed through the Fisker Flexee mobile app next week – painting an early picture of the unique Fisker Ocean brand experience.

The Fisker Ocean is targeted to begin production at the end of 2021 – with the first high-volume deliveries projected for 2022.
