2021 Delage D12

The Delage D12 is a road-legal F1 vehicle with unique positioning and conceived for extreme performance and pleasure only. It has a clean yet aggressive and futuristic design, inspired by Forluma 1 and Fighter-Jets. It is both wide and ultra-low. The 7.6-liter homemade V12 engine produced 990 horsepower and its electric engine produced 110 horsepower (20 horsepower in the club version and 90 KG lighter). It is the first road-legal car equipped with the contractive suspension that revolutionized Formula 1. It rides on the first caron fiber wheels that include a brake-cooling effect.

The architecture is that of a Formula 1 car, comprised of a monocoque and frontal crash box in carbon fiber. The setup of the car was conducted by Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve.

The Delage D12 has nearly twice the amount of downforce than the best supercars, with more G Force produced by a road-legal car. There are four drive settings including city (100 percent electric), road (hybrid), track (hybrid with maximum power), and My Mix (432 possible configurations).

The seating is tandem with the driver in front and the passenger positioned directly behind. Fighter jets use this to ensure a central position to the driver and a perfectly centered weight balance. The cockpit opens in a fighter jet style and is devoid of doors. The seat is molded on the driver's body, and the steering wheel is a fighter-jet joystick type molded on the driver's hands. The sound system is the 'Ultima Focal-Delage' with identical colors and materials to the buyer's D12. Countless options for interior and exterior customization are provided to the driver.

Only thirty examples of the D12 will be built and offered in two versions: the 'GT' for predominant road use and 'Club' for predominant track use. The first example can be acquired at auction, while the remaining 29 examples are 2 M€ + TAX.
