DETROIT, Mich., January 15, 2019 – The 2019 Genesis G70 has won the Roadshow by CNET Shift Award for 'Vehicle of the Year.' G70 was recognized by Roadshow by CNET editors for its superior driving dynamics and intuitive technology. The award was presented at the North American International Auto Show.
'The 2019 Genesis G70 is a winner across the board,' said Chris Paukert, Executive Editor of Roadshow by CNET. 'This isn't a model you buy just because you're trying to save money over rivals. You buy the G70 because it's the better driving car.'
Now in their fourth year, the Roadshow Shift Awards honor innovative vehicles that move the industry forward. The editorial staff of Roadshow by CNET considers new cars and trucks each year, to better inform consumers about the latest developments in the convergence of technology and transportation.
