Erie, Penn. Interstate Mitsubishi Named 'Best In Class' In Customer Sales Satisfaction For 2018

CYPRESS, Calif. – Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA), the fastest-growing Asian brand in the U.S. for the second consecutive year*, today announced that Interstate Mitsubishi, located in Erie, Pennsylvania was recognized with the 2018 'Best in Class' award for Dealership Sales Satisfaction (DSS) based on a positive ranking in the brand's Diamond Satisfaction System.

The award for top customer satisfaction for dealership sales recognizes Interstate Mitsubishi as the brand's top dealer in the nation for their continued focus on improving the holistic sales experience and purchasing process throughout 2018. These efforts have proven fundamental in helping to attract new customers into Interstate Mitsubishi's showroom, while also increasing MMNA's brand awareness locally and nationally.

The program is comprised of a quarterly program that recognizes the dealerships with the highest customer sales experience scores in each of its four districts across the country, and the annual 'Best in Class' award which is presented to the year's top-ranking dealer.
