KGM Motors UK appoint Keith Chaffe as Head of Customer Service

KGM Motors UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Chaffe as the Head of Technical and Customer Service. Keith is set to lead the Customer Service team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, spanning over two decades.

Commenting on his appointment, Keith said: 'I'm delighted to be joining KGM Motors at what is a very exciting period for the company. I'm very much looking forward to leading the support of our customer and dealer network to deliver the best service possible.'

Keith started his automotive career as a vehicle technician and has since then led a team, most recently, to deliver outstanding technical support services and was responsible for supporting both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) customers. With high-quality customer service at the core of his service delivery, Keith's extensive background in the automotive industry puts him in an excellent position to strengthen the brand's Aftersales team.
