Four-time IndyCar Series champion and three-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, Dario Franchitti MBE, has joined the lineup for Autosport International 2017.

The British racer, who was also the winner of the McLaren Autosport BRDC Award in 1992, will be attending the show in Birmingham on Saturday 14th January.

Not only will fans be able to meet the Scotsman at signing sessions, they will also be able to hear anecdotes about his past exploits on the track when he takes to the Autosport Stage. Franchitti, who now commentates for the FIA Formula E Series, will also be talking in depth about his views on motorsport today and what the future holds.

Dario Franchitti MBE, said: 'Autosport International is a great celebration of all aspects of the motorsport industry. I'm looking forward to attending the event next weekend and having the opportunity to meet some of the fans who have been so supportive of my career.'
